About the aircraft: Our Diamond (2013 DA-40 XLT) is a technologically advanced platform with an outstanding safety record. It is an excellent trainer for private pilot licenses, instrument ratings, IPCs, G1000 glass cockpit transitions, constant speed prop experience, autopilot procedures, and commercial ratings.

Rates: The aircraft wet rate is $200/hour. Discounts are provided for teachers, military personnel, first

responders, discovery flights, bulk rate and career path individuals. Daily or longer rentals available (with a 3-hour minimum daily charge) - contact us to discuss.

         As a lifelong Richmond resident, Spencer started his fascination for aviation at 5 years old.  In 2009, he became an Eagle Scout, which led to his love for the outdoors and his future degree.  In 2013 he graduated from Messiah University with a degree in Adventure Education where he learned to teach all things outdoor adventure.  Now as a CFI with both seaplane and tailwheel endorsements; he looks forward to instructing the safe and fun opportunities general aviation has to offer.  Additionally, Spencer has experience flight planning and flying internationally (Bahamas).

        Self-serve Fuel is now available for purchase through our new QTpod system. QTpod allows for a more user-friendly experience meaning you won't be wasting time fueling and will have more time flying. Self-service fuel is located on the southeast ramp in front of the corporate hangar next to the Fuel Farm. Pumps are open 24/7 and quality control checks performed daily when the airport is attended.

         Completed in July of 2020, Our spacious 60X60ft. hangars are perfect for single or multiple aircraft operations. Hangars offer many amenities you would expect such as; Electric doors, LED lighting, and private restrooms. The front row parking offers an easy taxi to the runway and only a short walk to the FBO if needed. For more information give us a call today!
